Resonance Wild CreaturesResonance is a rich and complex imperial stout, initially barrel aged for 18 months in Heaven Hill and Wild Turkey barrels, followed by a 6 month finishing touch in selected bourbon barrels (it's a double barrel, in other words). The result is a smooth, bold, and velvety stout, layered with complex flavors and aromas from the malt, the barrels, and the slow oxidation processes that happened over the long period of time the beer rested in barrels.

This Imperial Stout Is a blend of Imperial stouts aged in 3 different barrels from our mates at “Lady Of The Glen” these were a Tawny Port

We recommend indulging at proper cellaring temperature (~55ºF) allowing the oak-derived vanilla to rise beyond the aroma while the hand-split beans take the driver’s seat
