Wiemer - HJW Flower Day Riesling 2022 (750ml) Muscadet Sevre et MaineIt is our first time incorporating fruit from not only our Demeter certified HJW Vineyard but also Riesling from our "in transition" biodynamically farmed block at our Standing Stone site. This wine is fresh and exuberant in nature and is dry with an almost playful effervescence. This wine highlights our commitment to ecosystem health and comprehensive viticulture practices. We adhere to unique farming methods that focus not solely on our vineyards
