This mezcal is 100% espadn matured 6 7 years before harvest, fermented in open air with wild yeasts and double distilled in copper stills. On the nose is alfalfa, green bell pepper, wet slate, with a hint of sweet tobacco. Then on the palate is fresh tarragon, charcoal, jalapeno and caramel apple.
