In true spirit of the forget me not saying (if you pardon the pun), this Gin has wonderful Floral notes running throughout with some Soft Herbaceous and Spice notes and a burst of Citrus to mellow it out.

Produced using a combination of Blood Oranges (no surprise) and Summer Fruits including Raspberries and Rhubarb with a touch of Gentian Root to add a bit of Herbal Bitterness
